Dundee Pride

The largest Pride in Scotland outside the Central Belt: Dundee packs Slessor Gardens on the Tay waterfront each late June with a march through the city centre, a main-stage line-up and a village of community stalls. The city's scene is young and DIY — queer board-game nights, drag bingo at the university, trans socials at the volunteer centre — and Pride day is when it all shows up at once. Aberdeen and Perth crowds make the trip too, so book the waterfront hotels early.
