AC Hotel Recoletos

Everything was amazing. The rooms were wow. The service was incredible and the location spectacular, within walking distance of anywhere. Easy access to public transportation. My only complaint is that it was very noisy every night, and it wasn't until 3 or 4 am that it finally got quiet.

What an experience! At one point the bartenders shaking of cocktails was in perfect rhythm with the jazz bands beat. Amazing location, just a few minutes from everything yet tastefully located an a quiet street. Impeccably clean rooms and a hotel staff that would compete with the most exclusive clubs. Will stay again!

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, the best thing is its location, near the Puerta de Alcalá and close to luxury shops; it might even be the best area in Madrid. The breakfast was good and the woman who ran it was super friendly and professional. Perfect if you want to explore Madrid on foot.

Our stay at the AC Recoletos was fantastic. The first thing to highlight is its excellent location, ideal for exploring Madrid. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. We arrived early, and the team made a great effort to have our room ready as soon as possible; they also kindly upgraded us to a suite, which we greatly appreciated. All the staff were extremely attentive, especially Irene and Álvaro, who gave us excellent recommendations that made our visit even more special. The breakfast is of very high quality and well worth it. We will definitely be back!

We were in the hotel bar, where Jairo gave us excellent service.

Front desk management could stand to improve. Superb service by the restaurant staff, especially Rocio, Alba, Jairo, and Alex.

Good location, close to downtown about 20 minutes walk, additional 10 minutes to Royal Palace.

The room we had was very spacious and the location is very good. You have a lot of restaurants and shopping near by. Also the staff is very friendly. The only thing is that at night we were able to hear a party near by.
