Bob W Madrid Chueca

This was our second time staying at Bob's, and we'll definitely be back. They welcomed us with a handwritten postcard (which I really appreciated; it was such a sweet touch). The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, they provide water bottles and a shopping bag, and there's a mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. Something I particularly appreciate is that they provide not only shampoo and shower gel but also conditioner—my long, wavy hair really appreciates it! Both times we stayed, we forgot some personal belongings in the room when we checked out, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to resolve our issues. They have a WhatsApp service where they're always available, ready to help and make you feel well taken care of. We love them and will return every time we're in Madrid! ❣️

Great stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms, and felt very safe with all the passwords to reach the room. Will be back!

The house isn't very attractive, but if you want to be right in the middle of the action, this is the place to be, and you can get everywhere on foot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work properly, and the room was too hot. Otherwise, everything was quite good.

Extremely clean and very modern hotel situated in an amazing area with great access to a wide range of bars and restaurants as well as all of the normal touristy bits.

Great location. Very comfy beds and a decent value. We had issues with the air-conditioning not working and the staff responded quickly and kindly, but in the end it was a rather annoying inconvenience.
