Hotel Riu Costa del Sol

This is our second time here, and last year, since it was in June, it was much quieter. What I don't like is that people take the sun loungers by the pool before 7 a.m.

The rooms are fine, very clean, and the staff is exceptional and very friendly. The food leaves something to be desired; being all-inclusive, the quality is noticeably lower.

Nice hotel on the beachfront. We stayed in a quiet room in the back area overlooking the back pools. The rooms are large and the bed is good, although access to the elevator has some difficult stairs, with only two or three steps, but they are tight for those with strollers and even for passing with luggage. Gardens and areas are well maintained, attentive staff. The food has a lot of options but little variety, it's always more of the same, enjoy the themed restaurants to eat something different. The entertainment could be more varied and a little better. There is free parking on nearby streets. We found this area of ​​Torremolinos quite quiet. Excessive reservation of sunbeds. We recommend it.

Another great stay at Riu Costa del sol, staff so nice and as a returning customer knew us and made us so welcome again.

Everything was great, except for the opening hours of the restaurants, bars and pool...they are too focused on foreign tourism, despite there being a lot of domestic tourism.

The hotel is very good, the food is a bit basic but you can eat and drink until you can't anymore, there's 24-hour service, the facilities are very nice and the staff are the best. It's true that the food and drink stalls are far apart and you have to walk a bit to get food, especially. There are more places to order drinks, but otherwise it's fine.

The worst part is that they allow pool games with inflatable mattresses, floats, shovels, balls… It's very annoying for everyone else since it takes up the whole pool. And the fact that there's no food service after 10:00 PM is a real shame. They should have everything that the all-inclusive package says it includes.

The hotel is very well located and has all the services you need, the only downside is the schedules which are adapted for foreigners (buffets, activities, etc.). Especially the pool hours which close at 7pm.
