Hotel Royal Al-Andalus

My husband and I stayed a few days at the Bluesea Al Andalus and we want to give a special mention to Francisco, the buffet waiter. From the very first moment, he was very kind, professional, and attentive. I have a milk protein allergy, and he took great care to check the food, answer our questions, and ensure I could eat with complete peace of mind. His dedication and friendly approach made all the difference and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We just returned yesterday after 1week all inclusive, hotel and food amazing . Only downfall that puts us of returning is that it didnt cater for English people , entertainment all in Spanish we were not even asked to join in activities or entertainment at night .if ur English I wouldnt bother going we felt very left out. Most staff ok but bar staff were quite rude serving Spanish 1st before us even though we where in queue. Also for all inclusive u pay 1euro for plastic cup that wouldnt even hold a pint so continuously having to go back to bar, queues at night dreadful not enough staff on . We where disappointed as the hotel was lovely and spotless.

The service, rooms, and pool were excellent. The parking lot is very small; if you're driving, you'll have to park about 10 minutes away. Otherwise, very good.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel left only negative impressions. It all started with checking in – we were given a room with a view of the garbage dumps, which immediately spoiled the first impression. There wasn’t even basic drinking water in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. I would like to say something about the food. I don’t understand how anyone can call it delicious. We had an all-inclusive vacation, but there was practically nothing to eat – the same dishes every day without any variety. I won’t say anything about alcohol and alcoholic cocktails – their quality leaves much to be desired. The staff is absolutely unfriendly, especially the pool bar staff. It feels like you’ve come to their house and are asking for something for your own money. The evening animation was also very disappointing – the program was interesting only for younger children. There is practically no entertainment for adults. The only plus of this hotel is its more or less convenient location. It’s about 15–20 minutes walk to the sea and restaurants. Overall rating for this hotel is 0 out of 10. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I will never come back here again and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Francisco was incredibly kind from day one and always looking out for us. Thanks also to his colleagues for making our relaxing stay as enjoyable as possible. We'll be back! 😜
