My daughter and I had the best time here for a short break. The room was stunning, every single member of staff was amazing. So friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. Food was very nice, we ate once and both agreed the hotel food was a lot nicer. Highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be returning.
7-day visit from June 18th to June 25th, 2026, all-inclusive gold resort. I was disappointed to see several people on basic all-inclusive and half-board packages accessing the gold areas as if nothing was wrong and enjoying such privileges... despite a significant price difference. The rooms were fine, but the cleaning service was terrible; in 7 days they only changed the towels once. At 7 am they start dragging tables, chairs, and beds, making it impossible to rest. Forget about siesta time; it's still the same. The buffet was just okay. The good thing was the very attentive and professional waiters. The food wasn't the best I've seen, but it was acceptable; they could vary the menus more. The three gold dinners were excellent; they were the best part of my stay. The pool area was good, although they could improve the sun loungers, as there are too many to remove. The bathrooms in the leisure area were terrible, to say the least. The beach bars were good, and the waiters were perfect; they were the most professional I saw during my stay. The entertainment staff were all very friendly, to be honest. My recommendation, of course, is... I choose to leave the air; I don't want my disappointment to be a reason for rejection.
Definitely 3 star, you get what you pay for, food lukewarm, entertainment repetive & long walk into torremolinos
Very disappointed with this noisy hotel at this time of year. The complex is too large for us, as we were looking for a more family-friendly hotel. However, you have to pay extra for a nice, renovated room with a sea view and a thoughtful welcome gift. There are many tourists, many different nationalities, and it's always full. This hotel is a 45-minute walk from the city center, and the train station is a 15-minute walk away. As for the restaurant, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food; it was mostly processed and repetitive. We even had moldy grapefruit at breakfast, which is unacceptable! Luckily, the beach is right across the street, just a road to cross. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.
I strongly advise against this hotel; it's all about money. Want a parking space? €12.50 a day. Want a safe to protect your belongings? €20. Want to change your towel? €1 per towel. And that's not all. The food is disastrous; if you want to eat well, you have to go to the kids' buffet. In short, it's a disgrace, and I'll stop there.
