Excellent service, clean and well located, we had a peaceful stay

We came here on the 11th May, we were here for 4 nights we came with an autistic little girl 2 years old...we had asked for a room other than the floor ground as there's no balcony on the 1st floor and she would run out Our room was a junior suite and we loved it the beds are so comfy and the shower is nice and powerful. Did get ants on the balcony that's normal tho! Food was ok, got better thru out the week. Beach was lovely and right across the hotel Cant comment on entertainment as we spent night times in the hotel room because of our 2 year old. My little girl had a cot did have to ask twice for this but then the housekeeping came and set it up for us It was my birthday while away and the house keeping woman came to our room with 2 glasses a bottle of champagne and 2 biscuits with a card saying happy birthday This is our 1st time here and we would definitely come back we came in term time and was do much better for us. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the planes come in and out. We didn't go in the town as we didn't no where about it was but there's is shops up the road and plenty on restaurants on the front. The staff here were amazing especially the house keeping ladies. They also do photo shoots we had 1 of these while away.

Very pleasant hotel, friendly staff, especially the entertainment staff who are 5-star, good food and very nice pools, an experience to repeat, I recommend it.

Everything was excellent, the food was amazing

Everything is spectacular and immaculate... Right on the beachfront, in a quiet and safe area, with a promenade for strolling and beach restaurants nearby... You couldn't ask for more!

The greatest advantage of this hotel is the people. Probably the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered.

Room service at this hotel is practically nonexistent. Rooms and bathrooms aren't cleaned at all, with only occasional towel changes. It's a disaster!

The hotel is close to the beach, and the food is varied, with something for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Paulina, who is always smiling and helpful to those who want to speak Polish.

Rooms super clean. Right by the beach. Loads of activities for kids and family. The staff are so friendly and amazing. We had the best time and didnt want to leave. Thank you for an amazing week. Hope to come back soon 🌞❤️

A disappointment. The hotel looks fine, but be warned, the all-inclusive package is a scam. An all-inclusive hotel shouldn't have limitations like restrictions on certain drinks and times (a large bottle of water isn't included). At the very least, they should indicate this on the booking page. If you want 100% all-inclusive, you have to pay an extra €100 per person; it seems like a rip-off. Parking costs €10 per day, and your car is left in the sun because it's not covered. The food is very poor quality and has little variety; it's not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Reception doesn't give you your room until 3:00 PM; you'd be there all day. Cleanliness is just okay, but not bad, although I had to change a towel because it was worn out and had holes. The only good thing is the location, right across from the beach. In short, it's overrated by one star and has a lot of room for improvement.

Stayed here from June 12th to 16th 2026.... Hotel was very good and rooms have just been updated. Pool was excellent and we where all-inclusive. Food was very good great choice of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location is right beside the see and really quiet.

Food poisoning
