Ibersol Torremolinos Beach

The staff were wonderful. Carla and Edgar have become our friends, and we're always participating in activities with them. My favorite was the crazy game; we couldn't have had a better time! We highly recommend you come and meet them ♥️♥️

Brilliant holiday, Great variety of food!!! (I'm very picky) and the employees were all amazing, Raul and the bar team are a great bunch of people, all staff from cleaners to higher management were great and always happy and helpful, especially the breakfast chief by bringing breakfast with joy, The beach is just over the road with shops and other restaurants within 2 minutes of walking, We will definitely be coming back!!!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The services are excellent, and the staff are friendly, polite, and highly professional. Overall, it truly deserves a high rating for the quality of hospitality and comfort provided. However, I do have one important observation regarding the restaurant. I would strongly recommend that the menu clearly lists the ingredients of each dish. As a vegetarian, I ordered a pasta dish assuming it did not contain any meat. After finishing the meal, I was informed by a staff member that it contained pork. I sincerely hope this point can be improved for the benefit of future guests, especially those with dietary preferences or restrictions.

We have just come back from a few amazing days at this hotel, the young lady at the recepción gave us a great and welcoming check in, everything about this hotel is brilliant, the rooms are very nice and the cleaning is brilliant. The food is great with enough choice for even the fussiest eaters, staff are great and very friendly, a great choice of pools to suit everyone, literally at the beach with a lot of trendy beach bars. The entertainment was absolutetly fantastic every day, the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Frank and Edgar made our holidays, we will come back because of them. We can’t recommend this place enough.

A week with my mother and we loved the facilities, the service, the delicious food, the fabulous rooms (all with sea views and great vistas), the best in the area by far. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always there for anything you need. The entertainment was very entertaining; Carla and her colleagues were very pleasant and made us feel very happy. Overall, the hotel is a 10/10 and very clean.

The hotel looks great, but if you are not all inclusive they charge you overpriced fees, 3 euros for one plastic water of bottle that is insane.. The pool is okey but sun umbrella are very old and very bad.. prices in bar ar also very expensive, 15euros for one cocktail……. The animators thet works outside by pool are greate.

I love the hotel, the animation team was amazing!! Carla, Edgar and Frank made the experience 10 times better. Carla did everything she could to make sure we have fun till the last moment. The hotel was also very clean. We made so many friends thanks to Carla amd her hard work. Here is a picture of us and the hard working member of the animation team.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Before arriving, we paid an additional €346 to add a third guest to our reservation. Upon check-in, we were given a room with a double bed and a separate single bed, which was perfectly suitable for three guests. However, after approximately one hour, the hotel informed us that we had to change rooms due to an issue with the original room. Although the hotel described the new room as an upgrade to a Junior Suite, the reality was quite different. The third guest was expected to sleep on a small, stained and uncomfortable sofa instead of having a proper bed. The room also had visible cracks in the balcony glass and did not feel particularly well maintained. What was even more disappointing was the service. During our five-day stay, our room was not cleaned once despite daily housekeeping being advertised. We were not provided with fresh towels, and when we requested new ones, we were informed that there would be an additional charge, even though complimentary towels are listed as an included amenity. We raised these concerns with reception multiple times during our stay but did not receive a satisfactory solution. The hotel later offered three complimentary drinks, which we appreciated as a gesture, but this did not address the overall issues we experienced. The most frustrating part was not the problems themselves, but the lack of accountability afterwards. Rather than addressing all of the concerns raised, management focused primarily on the fact that we had been moved to a larger room. The place itself was very beautiful but i do recommend that du book another Hotel instead and do not waste your holiday here!! Unfortunately, based on our experience, the quality of the room and service did not reflect the price we paid. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards for future guests.

An unbeatable all-inclusive week, excellent service, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, very entertaining entertainment. A very important point: the hotel exceeds all expectations in food safety and hygiene. One of the best beachfront hotels in Torremolinos.

At first we were worried about some reviews regarding food poisoning, but everything was really nice. In general all the food we ate was good, had a good variety and everything went well. All the staff were really friendly and happy to help! The room was fine. The location was really good, near the beach. But for sure the most pleasant experience was the animation team. Carla and Edgar were so awesome, we have never participated in hotel activities, and on this vacation we have joined so many of them! It was really, really fun, and we will sure miss that. They were more than animators, they were and are friends now :) Frank was also really nice with us, and always joyful. In the end it was a really pleasant experience!

Food quality and choice very poor and at best warm . Food poisoning waiting to happen.
