The curtains are awful... After 8 pm it's impossible to sleep because of all the light that comes in

An ideal hotel for visiting Zaragoza. Extremely central location with direct access to the city center, cathedrals, and basilicas. Rooms are standard for this type of establishment, though not exceptional. The hotel has a very tight but convenient parking lot with direct access to the reception and upper floors.

Good location, very clean hotel, standard rooms, the parking is extremely small.

They gave me a room with a view of a huge engine... oh well, no big deal, just bad luck... but what wasn't bad luck was having the bathroom full of spiders (I got rid of 9 in total)... I told reception when I left and said I wouldn't file a complaint or any formal complaint form, that I'd removed the spiders myself... but what really bothered me was that I sat down to kill time in the cafeteria and they didn't even bother to tell me that I was getting a free coffee... which I obviously paid for without any problem... but what else could they do?

We had a wonderful time and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended 👍😉

Although the room is due for some minor maintenance (it's not a new hotel), it's nothing serious for now. On the other hand, the staff deserves a 10 out of 10, from the first to the last, starting with the receptionists and including all the cleaning and cafeteria staff... EVERYONE. Thank you so much, I will definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Positives - The location is fantastic (near the town, right by the basilica, walking distance to the palace, by the river, near transport). The rooms are very clean, comfortable, great showers, bright, a good size, and have a fridge and a safe. The AC works very well too (and it looks like the heating would be good in winter). The service was helpful. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend to others. Things to improve - water should be complementary each day (I had this at other similar hotels but not here). Single rooms should have tea and coffee making facilities - I don't know why this isn't the case, especially since single people often pay more per person than two people sharing a room. A four star hotel should have this for everyone, whether you are staying alone or not. Other improvements for a 4 star hotel should be vanity set and dental kit in the bathroom (the NH collection in Burgos had this). Also please update the TVs so they are smart TVs that include Netflix (otherwise all channels are Spanish and couldn't be used by tourists)
