The staff is absolutely disgusting. The rooms don't match reality. The photos look one way and the reality is completely different. The staff simply refuses to talk to them, simply saying no and hanging up. Furthermore, the next day, one of the hotel employees contacted us and turned out to be a very pleasant and accommodating person. He kindly changed our room, thanks to him.

Although small for two people, the room (standard double room) is very clean, functional, and well-equipped. The bathroom has a Japanese toilet, which enhances the guest experience. Self check-in/out. Perfect. The restaurant is great with a large dining room, very friendly staff, and a large terrace at the front of the property. Ideally located for exploring the main attractions of the region. The only point of contention might be the breakfast, which is a bit light for the price, despite the excellent staff.

Absolutely terrible place. Self check in was smooth, and everything else went south from there. The rooms are nothing to do with images online. The junior suite does not have a living area and separate room. It’s one room with 2 beds. Armando the customer support that you can call from the self check in was the rudest person I’ve spoken to. Shut the line in my face twice saying “I won’t repeat what I already said” when I asked why the rooms aren’t like the pictures and we needed to change the room. Do not recommend unless you are 1 person alone and here for 1 night or something. Other than that, abort.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at the hotel and slept very well. We had a studio apartment and cooked our own dinner and breakfast. Everything you need is provided. The Wi-Fi was good. There was plenty of parking. Please note that the 4th floor is not accessible by elevator. For those sensitive to noise, be aware that the street is in front of the building and the church is next door (though the bells stop ringing after 10 pm).

The room was a broom closet, and I find the price of 160 CHF outrageous. The TV didn't work, there was no air conditioning, so it was very hot, and showering was rather difficult because the plumbing was questionable. The price-performance ratio is completely unacceptable to me.
