The room was small. The buffet was good. The location is close to Sultan Ahmed. The reception staff were very helpful.

Finding a clean hotel in this area was difficult, but I didn't experience any problems with cleanliness at Novano; it was very clean. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and Sultan Ahmet Mosque, within a maximum 10-minute walk. We didn't have any parking problems either; the car parks are much less crowded in the evenings, especially. Thank you for your attention 🙏🏻

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it. The hotel is small, charming, and very clean, perfect for a stay in Istanbul. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was very good, fresh, and varied every morning. Another big advantage is the location — the hotel is close to Istanbul’s historic center, making it very easy to visit the main attractions. Overall, it is a quiet, cozy, and comfortable place, ideal for a few days in Istanbul.

Great hotel. Lovely friendly staff and a good choice for breakfast. Room was very clean and serviced daily. The location is ideal for sights in the centre of town - only 5 minutes walk from the Hippodrome.

We are extremely satisfied with the hotel, the staff, and the breakfast! They accepted our reservation at the last minute. The staff offer great and affordable options for various city tours—we took advantage of a Bosphorus cruise. The only downside would be that there is no elevator, which makes it unsuitable for people with limited mobility. The location is excellent—there are restaurants and shops nearby, and it is within walking distance of all major attractions as well as public transport.
