Rooms Galata

I stayed there for six days. The room was clean, and all the staff were excellent. They offer daily room cleaning. The tourist attractions are also close by: Istiklal Street is a two-minute walk, Galata Tower is a five-minute walk, Galata Port is about a nine-minute walk, the Egyptian Bazaar is a fifteen-minute walk, and Taksim is about a ten-minute walk. All the restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Honestly, I think it's a very suitable option for families. The neighborhood is quiet and there's absolutely nothing to worry about. The only downside is that the hotel is on a hill. For me, it wasn't a problem, but it might be a little difficult for someone with an elderly or overweight relative. We had the superior room and it was absolutely perfect! I really wonder how people can be so picky and stupid to complain about everything. Clean, spacious rooms, amazing location and lovely staff (shoutout to Yusuf and Muhammad). 100% recommended for the price, we will come back for sure. Thank you guys!!

A perfect hotel in every way. The room was large and spacious, it really brightened my day, a perfect double room. I liked the high ceilings and stone walls. The air conditioning worked perfectly, hot water was available 24/7. The sheets smelled clean, no stains whatsoever. The balcony was very nice, like a terrace. The staff were helpful. The hotel's location is also very good, not a dangerous area, a very safe location, mostly frequented by tourists, no noisy nightclubs nearby, quiet day and night. It's centrally located between Taksim and Beyoğlu. It's a 5-minute walk from Istiklal Street and Galata, we didn't have any transportation problems. You can stay here with peace of mind.

The overall layout of the room was actually quite good. However, the interior furnishings were a complete disaster. None of the televisions worked; apparently, the cleaning lady had wiped the screens with a very harsh cleaning agent, and they were all broken. We had to change rooms because the first one wasn't clean — there was hair and dust everywhere. The second room wasn't much different; the only difference was that the bed was slightly more comfortable. The double bed wasn't two separate mattresses, it was a single piece. Otherwise, there was no difference.

Spacious rooms. Hotel well located near Istiqlal Street. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it for a family stay.

Close to Istiklal Street, Karaköy, and Galata Tower, the rooms are very spacious, and the terrace view is excellent… I definitely recommend it.
