Yamalya Suites Taksim City Center Hotel

Really great. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. I was very satisfied. Thanks Yamalya suite. Thanks Zerevan bey. Both the location is great. And the cleanliness. In a word, you can choose this place without thinking.

How can another guest key open my rooms door ? It's a scary night with no payback! You have to stay as long as you paid !. Not very professional. Also have no lift for 4th floor always walking up down !

The elevator is broken, there's no parking, and another guest can easily open your room door while you're lying in bed! If you want a refund, you have to apply for it, and your money will be refunded within 30 business days! Not only did the hotel not fulfill its promises, but it also won't refund your money! Such irresponsibility and amateurism have never been seen before in the hotel industry!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but there's a couple of issues that let it down. First, it's opposite a bar where an old man sings via loudspeakers in the early hours of the morning. Second, the mattresses are sunk really low beneath the wooden frame of the bed. It's strange. For these two reasons I would not go back there again. Location, rather mixed. It's in Taksim which is great but opposite a noisy bar.

The hotel stay was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location is very close to Istiklal Street and public transportation. The only downside was on Saturdays when the street around the hotel was very noisy due to loud music.

BE CAREFUL ! This hotel tried to SCAM my Credit card !!!!

The hotel was perfectly placed in istiklal street, the room were very nice specially for the price, great bathroom, and everything was really clean. Plus the service was very nice it’s just I needed to talk to the reception but idk how to reach them also I needed an iron machine. But one issue is that at night there’s a bar infront of the hotel and there’s music playing out loud but it stops not that late around 11 pm. Overall it was a nice experience with them.
