Another very pleasant stay (June 2026) at the Motel One Glasgow (Oswald Street). Can't fault the staff, super free and helpful. Lovely, modern rooms with very comfortable beds, lush bedding, curtains and towels. The foyer and bar areas offer very smart and stylish furniture which are inviting to sit down, have a drink and relax. It pays to sign up as a member (free), as the rates are always lower than any other booking platforms (including other agents 'discounted rates!). One free bottle of water too. Whenever I travel to other cities, including abroad (mostly Europe), I'll always consider Motel One. Highly recommend this brand of Hotels. Great concept that works very well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a fantastic stay at Motel One - Glasgow. The room and bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The bartender makes an excellent old fashion. I would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, comfortable and in a great location, which is why I've given 3 stars rather than fewer. However, the breakfast service was disappointing, and what was even more disappointing was the complete lack of response after I raised my concerns with reception, emailed the hotel with photographs, spoke to the manager in person, and sent a follow-up email. Despite being told I would receive a response within two days, I have heard nothing for over two weeks.

A well-located hotel, good value for money and very welcoming staff.
