The only Marriott in Leeds so your options are limited for Bonvoy. Steps for railway station and shopping but located in a quiet square away from all the noise. Reception was good and welcoming. There is an executive lounge, but it is rather small and gets very busy, I couldn’t find a table around 5pm on a Friday. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant offers many choices, coffee is self-serve with the automative and my Americano was decent. Rooms are clean but a little dated. Bed was very firm but that does not bother me. What bothered me were two huge stains on the comforter that I only noticed the next morning after checking in so late. Front desk was very apologetic and offered some Bonvoy points and lounge access. My comforter was replaced that day but how housekeeping did not notice these stains is beyond me. A colleague also had a used towel hanging in his bathroom on check-in, definitely some issues with housekeeping at the property.

Lovely room, but was far too warm, couldn't change room to under 18 and was really noisy outside till 4am. Breakfast was nice but not very warm. Staff were really nice though throughout hotel

Bang in the centre of town, really lovely room, staff super efficient. On arrival the lovely member of staff had our booking ready as we had booked for an early check in (a rare and important thing!). Clean and chic.

I stayed one night here for a gig and I had a great experience! The service was 10/10, all the staff members I spoke to were so lovely and were very welcoming. Even when I asked them for some more amenities, they were polite and made me feel like it wasn't a hassle at all. The actual room was incredibly clean, spacious and everything was working. The shower was lovely and so were all of the products provided. It was down the road to all the main shops and even outside the hotel was a lovely courtyard where you could sit and have lunch. It was pretty much perfect and I would definitely recommend it for a city break!
