Massive shout out to Cameron at The Bells, what a lovely person so welcoming and friendly and made my hen weekend extra special upgrading us to the Penthouse suite with the rooftop hot tub… just truly amazing in every way, thank you so much <3

Positives: location for my event. Shower was hot. Negatives: lighting terrible (couldn’t shave), awful decor, naff lighting, no wardrobe or hanging space at all, ironing board left leaning against the wall, only one plug by the side of the bed meaning you have to iron from the bed…!, overlooking an incredibly noisy pub as in the window opened directly onto the pub garden (karaoke one night until 2am), terrible sound insulation, too hot, not particularly clean (stains and cobwebs, no desk or anywhere to work….

The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. A special mention to Mia, who has been absolutely amazing — so friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

Stayed here recently and it was honestly one of the most unique places I’ve experienced. The design and atmosphere are incredible — a perfect mix of luxury, industrial style, and comfort. From the moment you walk in, the lighting, exposed brickwork, dark modern décor, and attention to detail make the whole place feel premium and cinematic. The bedroom was spotless with an extremely comfortable bed and a boutique hotel feel throughout. The lounge area was stylish and relaxing, with great mood lighting and a cosy setup perfect for unwinding. The private outdoor hot tub area was a huge highlight, especially at night with the ambient lighting — it really made the stay feel special. The layout and interior design clearly had a lot of thought put into them, and everything felt high quality and well maintained. It had the feel of a hidden luxury retreat rather than a standard accommodation. Would highly recommend for couples, a relaxing getaway, or anyone wanting something different from the usual hotel experience. Definitely somewhere I’d stay again.
