Very clean and smells great

We stayed here for 8 days came for Navratri Festival. All the staff were amazing, Very good Breakfast and the Restaurant staff were very helpful. Help desk staff were very friendly, Thankyou to each one of them. Would recommend 💯 Me and my friend enjoyed.

Great location. Close to Richard III exhibition and Cathedral. Will stay here again!

Exceptional Stay – Flawless Service, Spotless Room, and Outstanding Breakfast! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn this weekend! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and incredibly enjoyable. ​My room was spotlessly clean and exceptionally tidy, making it a wonderful, relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. ​The highlight of the stay has to be the brilliant breakfast—a wonderful spread with plenty of delicious, fresh options to choose from. A special mention must go to Robert at breakfast, who was exceptionally attentive, welcoming, and set a wonderfully positive tone for the entire morning. ​In fact, all of the staff members I encountered were lovely, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. The hospitality here is top-notch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Patrick and David ​Highly recommended!

Couldn't fault anything with our stay here. Such a lovely atmosphere. The reception staff were so lovely and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Paula, she really is an asset to your team. Rachel on the bar and serving dinner, also so lovely. And Richard (I hope I remember right) at breakfast was so helpful. Everyone made our very impromptu visit so enjoyable. The rooms are huge, the food was lovely and the service was outstanding. Edit, apologies it was Robert at breakfast, not Richard.

Lovely and clean

Stayed here for one night when coming to watch the darts. Reception area was very nice, friendly check in and comfy bar area. Bar was open until midnight serving hot and cold drinks and snacks. The corridors upstairs felt very dated compared to the reception. Rooms were very nice and clean and beds were comfy. I would happily stay here again 🙂

Fantastic hotel. The only issue is the parking. To park in the nextdoor parking costs 24 pounds per day

Great hotel for a short stay. The beds were amazing, rooms were clean and service was great.

For pedestrian the front door was hard to find. Checking was awkward and the front desk was rude and there were long queues cause only one person working at the check in time 👀Their system wasn’t working properly. Breakfast was very good and the staff at the restaurant were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast and morning staff deserves 5 ⭐

A really disappointing stay. The hotel felt tired and dated, the bed was uncomfortable, the water pressure was poor and, worst of all, we were given dirty towels. For the price of the room, I expected considerably better. I did complain afterwards and, to be fair, I had a very pleasant call from the manager who was apologetic and took the time to listen. What has frustrated me more is the follow up. I was sent 5,000 IHG points as an apology, which in reality have very little value. I didn’t complain looking for anything and I certainly wasn’t expecting compensation. But if you are going to make a gesture to apologise for a genuinely poor stay, make it meaningful. Sending such a small number of points almost has the opposite effect and left me feeling that the complaint wasn’t really taken seriously. Sadly, the whole experience was a big disappointment and not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn.

Had a great stay here but what turned it from good to amazing was the gentleman who not only served us but genuinely looked after us all the way through breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble, very attentive without being overbearing, even had time to help us with stuff to do locally and was very polite to our daughter. Youll see I run multiple businesses and always post GENUINE REVIEWS, good or bad. Robert is exactly the type of staff that any business would be privileged to have. Chuck him a bonus :-)
