Premier Inn Leicester (Forest East) hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked including the fan which made the stay more comfortable it was a hot night. The staff were very efficient and helpful especially Julie who was very helpful when ordering my food and drinks. Explained the menu well and also the value for money breakfast and dinner combo. Thank you Julie. I was staying due to work commitments and will make sure I stay here each time I'm travelling for work.

Food in restaurant just about eatable never had my food come out the way I asked for it and was served a plate of food that no cook should have let leave the kitchen also signal ie phone and Internet signal feels like it's being blocked because when outside 5g and almost 170 mgb in room 2 mg unless phone is in window overall poor

Came here for work related reasons and the staff was amazing with the support,especially Julie being so cheerful and polite when I asked for my pudding to be brought to my table. Definetly would come back both for work and own purpose reason if im visiting lecster again.

Very nice place with friendly staff in the bar especially a lady called Julie. The food was excellent prompt service and the breakfast in the morning a lovely table Service I have stayed there before and certainly return again.

Just passing though never been before settled in to my room and not knowing how it all worked went down for dinner and was greeted by Julie with a smile nothing was too much trouble really friendly and helpful great credit to the Premier in family will defo stay again.
