We go deep on this one, a space to accept endings, cut cords and let go of what you’d rather not carry into 2027
About this Event
About this Workshop
Hi all! I’m Ryan from @thebreathmanifest, a certified breathwork and sound facilitator, and I’d love for you to join me for a deeper Sunday morning of conscious connected breathwork and a sound bath, hosted in my home in Lancaster Gate.
The theme of this one is the inward journey, and I want to be straightforward with you, we go deep in this session. November tends to be the part of the year we rush past, and we often rush through a lot of other things with it, grief, endings, relationships or chapters that finished without embracing full closure. So this is a space to slow down and go inward, accept some of those endings, cut a few cords, and let go of whatever you’d rather not carry into next year.
The room will be kept small and it will be a small, intimate space held for whatever comes up. You don’t need to arrive knowing what you’re bringing. Whether you’re going through something heavy right now, or you’d just like some space to breathe and turn inward for a couple of hours, you’re welcome here.
Why it’s small
I keep these to a small group on purpose, so there’s room for everyone to be properly met and for the group to connect, rather than just sharing a room for two hours.
Who it’s for
This is a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ communities, allies and minority groups, and it’s open to everyone. You don’t need any experience, over half the people at my events are first-timers and I’ll talk you through everything before we start. Plenty of people come on their own, and if you’re open to it, it’s a lovely way to meet some kind, like-minded people.
How the session flows
1 · A grounding welcome and an introduction to conscious connected breathwork
2 · Some gentle partner exercises and somatic movement to settle into the body
3 · A short visualisation meditation
4 · A longer breathwork journey than usual, with extra space held for emotional release, guided by me throughout
5 · A sound bath with traditional handmade Himalayan bowls, played live while you rest
6 · Tea, dark chocolate and oracle cards, with an optional sharing circle (sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation)
Good to know

Can’t make it? Tickets are non-refundable, but you can move to a future event with 48 hours’ notice, or send a friend in your place any time.
Your wellbeing
Conscious connected breathwork is an active practice and isn’t right for everyone. If you’re pregnant or have epilepsy, a heart condition, severe asthma, high blood pressure, recent surgery or a history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, please message me before booking. Often we can adapt things, and if you’re unsure, check in with your GP first.
Because this session goes a bit deeper emotionally, if you’re in the middle of something very raw, a recent bereavement for example, feel free to message me before booking so we can have a chat about it. This kind of work sits best alongside any other support you have, rather than in place of it.
Spaces are limited, so come if you’re ready for it, I’d love to see you there.
