Every time I come here, I always walk out feeling really happy, not just because the stock is of great quality, but the staff are so friendly, which really brings the experience together. They are always so pleasant and accepting. I will come back here again. And to the staffing team, keep doing what you are doing, you're all a credit to your store!

When I first visited this store in soho years ago I did not have a great experience, but I am super pleased to write this review: this is a great store, their products are excellent, and the warm welcome and help from staff is second to none. They have clearly built a very strong team and chosen people who care about fetish and the community. I recently purchased some leather gloves online and collected them in store - I actually needed a different size and the shop assistant was super helpful in facilitating this. They were a very reasonable price too!

Honestly? Just always terrible, terrible service. I need to rebuy a number of items. I spent 45 minutes, entirely on my own in the basement; this was while three members of staff were chatting upstairs - totally ignoring me. Can you really, really forget a customer is downstairs? I was prepared to spend over £500, but in the end resentfully spent £200. An issue has then arisen with on online order, I've submitted a 'ticket' two days ago and of course, I have received no response. The above level of service is the absolute norm. And I'm not putting up with it anymore: I'd suggest checking out more friendly, helpful and service-orientated brands.
