SupportU

SupportU is Berkshire's dedicated LGBT+ support charity, based in Reading and serving the wider Thames Valley. It provides free, confidential one-to-one casework, a helpline and secure messaging, drop-in sessions, and peer-support and social groups for LGBTQ+ people of all ages. For residents and visitors alike, SupportU is a useful first point of contact for local LGBTQ+ information, wellbeing support and community connection.
