Premier Inn Staines-upon-Thames hotel

Very comfortable, and the reception staff were polite & helpful.

A Premier Inn, in a good location to drive to the theme parks in the area. A wide range of shops and eateries near the hotel, as well as the high street just outside the door. One of the staff Ana was exceptional. Very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and a great memory. A valuable asset to your team and if you don’t have a Team Leader then Ana should be it.

Great location with easy parking, rooms are ok but the service is terrible, the staff don't seem to like customers

I had such a lovely dinner experience and wanted to say a huge thank you to Ana Reuben for the amazing service. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. Nothing was too much trouble, and her kindness really made the whole evening special. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel valued, and Ana absolutely does. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality — I’ll definitely be returning
