Really friendly service lovely people had a good stay there really clean conditions customer service was 5 star will stay there again

Arrived, nobody at the desk, had to wait for them to return. Room appeared clean, had a TV, chair and kettle. I did notice some bits of wood on the floor in the bathroom. This came from the door handle that had been previously screwed back on the door. I know this because the handle feel off again leaving another deposit of wood bits on the floor. The shelf above the hanging rail I used to put some clothes. It wasn't until I picked the clothes up to wear I found them covered in dust and wood shavings. The kettle gave the water a chemical taste despite how ever many times I rinsed it. The shower didn't work properly. Water came out scalding hot or not at all. The bath was too small to bathe comfortably. Nights were quiet, staff were friendly and location was very handy. When I left I wanted to report the shower and door handle but there was nobody at the reception so I left the handle on the desk.

Clean, Quiet Rooms. Great If You Need A Quick Stop Off. Amanda on reception was great, very helpful and made us feel really welcome.

Very dated rooms, had to wait for the receptionist to appear from the back room, no bell.

A bit tired, that's why it's cheap. Rooms no USB or C plugs. Difficult to get a lot of luggage to your room as fire doors aren't automatic. Location good as I was visiting between Port Talbot, Swansea and Burry Port.

Nice and clean a bit dated but upstairs you have Greggs and burger king as well as wh smith

The staff are amazing. Amanda is always amazing..

Great staff. But, it's a little tired as dated. You can't beat the price though and it's an easy drive into Swansea.
