Great 12 dollar steaks!!!

There is no more $12 steak and the staff are terrible.

I didn't stay at the hotel... I had a rump steak at Croc Bar It was delicious~😀 The first time with gravy sauce, the second time with pepper sauce Both times I had them medium-rare. The potatoes were also fluffy and good I also had a schooner of beer Yummy😋 Everyone was drinking heavily from midday, and the tables and chairs were high I really liked this atmosphere I stopped by for a drink as a bar during my trip I loved this unpretentious feeling The young women on staff were working incredibly hard, handling the counter, the dining area, and the outside area with only a few people But they all smiled when I spoke to them

We came here for dinner and to watch the football. Most of the menu items they didn't have, we ordered wedges, pretty basic, came with sweet and sour sauce and mayo, they were out of sour cream and sweet chilli. Then ordered schnitzel, also very basic, ordered the bigger one for extra price, didn't have a bigger one so sent out one and an off cut. They also could not confirm wether they would have the football on, said 'probably' when asked. Honestly walk a few more meters down the road and go some where else.

$12 steaks average but good for the price

The lunchtime specials at the Grand Hotel are excellent. For $12 you can get a rump steak, chips and salad and for $14 you can get a crumbed steak, chips and salad. Both meals are quite big and available during lunch times. The service was quick even though they were very busy on a Saturday afternoon and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Stopped in for a $10 lunch steak. We didn't sleep hereThey were cooked how we asked. Came with coleslaw and chips. The steaks were quite tough and chewy but what can you expect for $10, right?

Very good hotel. The kitchen could be improved with better cooktops and utensils.
