About the event
Chemsex Control Group
Do you want to consume chems less often in the future or stop completely? Then this group is for you. Controlled use or reducing use can help you ensure that chems don't take over your life despite strong and risky substances.
This guided self-help group aims to help you figure out how to channel your substance use, minimize risks, and reflect on your consumption.
The program was specifically developed for Chemsex users and deals with the physical, sexual, social, and substance-related changes that Chemsex can bring about.
A prior consultation is necessary for participation. Just come to the open office hours or book a consultation appointment.

About the venue
Sub (Schwules Kommunikations- und Kulturzentrum) is Munich's community centre for gay and queer men, on Müllerstraße in the Glockenbachviertel. It runs counselling, support and social groups covering everything from youth and older men to sports clubs and coming-out help, alongside cultural events…
“If you're an LGBT person visiting as a tourist, it might be worth coming because people speak English. However, it's very much geared towards cisgender gay men. But everyone is very nice 💜 It's a non-profit organization, so drinks are extremely cheap.” — Morgan Klein, Google
“There's no food there, so I can't comment on that aspect. It's a meeting place for queer people.” — Uwe Brisgis, Google
