Hôtel Hidden Garden

A nice, affordable place with everything you need. You can walk to the Plaza de Armas and other sites in Cusco. There are restaurants and shops nearby. I received good service at reception, and it's a place I would return to. When I booked my tours, I found the price to be good; they organize them for you, and the car picks me up from the hotel.

Beautiful space, comfy rooms. Quiet. Friendly staff. Low cost great for world travelers.

The shower water seems to be cut off, it takes a long time to heat up, the breakfast is very poor, the coffee and milk are cold, the rooms are only cleaned if we ask insistently, there was no toilet paper in the room, it was 5 am, I went down to the reception and there wasn't any, I had to get the one that was for use in the reception bathroom, in short, there is a lack of management in this establishment.

Excellent value for money. The location isn't the best, but buses run constantly along the main avenue. The service is very good, and they'll store your luggage while you're on tours, for example, to Machu Picchu. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend it.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. From the start, the reservation was poorly thought out; I don't know where "double room" is considered synonymous with "matron" (or "queen" in Spanish). When I complained, I was given the runaround for half an afternoon, and in the end, they gave me a queen-size room and a triple room with a bunk bed. Let's begin: the bathrooms leave much to be desired—no curtains, no towels, no toilet paper, and they don't replenish anything. If you don't report it, they don't clean the rooms. The breakfast is extremely basic, with only packaged juice. Even the coffee was weak. I wouldn't recommend it for a family, especially not with children. There's no proper hygiene, no privacy—you can hear everything—and the Wi-Fi only works if you're lucky, as do the remote controls. In my case, the room lacked a shower curtain, bath mat, and a window separating it from the rest of the room, meaning you can hear whoever is using the bathroom. The walls were dirty, with mold and peeling paint. The curtains were insufficient and poorly made, and the headboards were falling down because they weren't attached to the bed frame. They didn't change the sheets. Overall, it's not a place you'd consider returning to for rest and relaxation. The ground floor is dark, poorly lit, and you can feel the lack of cleanliness, neglect, and disorganization. Oh, and it's far from the city center, making it impossible to walk to and from the hotel. Even taxi drivers ask for directions before taking you. Some of the staff are friendly, but resolving issues isn't their priority. I don't know how it can be rated 3 stars; its rating should be reconsidered. It is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

An excellent hotel if you want to feel at home, Hidden Garden is the place to stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the breakfasts are delicious, the atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the location is ideal. 5 stars!!!

A top-notch hotel with a 24-hour reception! The staff is incredible (flexible, breakfast prepared to go, etc.) Maybe a little out of the way, but close to the bus terminal!
