Hôtel Paradis Suite - Cusco

Very nice, helpful people

Very clean place, very spacious rooms, super friendly and truly caring staff. Unfortunately, I only spent one night at the hotel because I had to go to another city the next day. The spa is very large, with three saunas and two pools (hot and cold water), massages available in the hotel, and a delicious breakfast. Affordable and efficient laundry service, also with a drying service. A bit far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but everything is doable with a taxi or on foot. The staff is truly incredible!!! Thank you for everything, you are truly fantastic!!

Excellent hotel If you're looking to use the swimming pool, beware - the pool and surrounding area are freezing cold. There's a separate warm pool, which is what us and other guests used. The water in main pool in really cold. The breakfast was included but we arrived in the last hour of breakfast and the only things left were some boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, 1 type of ham, some olives and cereals. It was disappointing. For a hotel serving "continental" buffet, I would have expected a wider range of cooked hams for example. However, the dinner was excellent and the lomo saltado was really impressive and probably one of the best lomo saltados I've ever tasted. The shower was very strong in terms of pressure; however, the hot water faucet is really sensitive and it only takes a tiny turn of the faucet to get really hot water. So if you turn it too far you might get burned. Apart from the breakfast, Shower, and swimming pool, it was otherwise lovely

The sauna and steam room are fine. The pool is dirty.

A business visit to Cusco allowed me to stay overnight at the Paradis Hotel. A pleasant place. Comfortable rooms. Relaxing spaces include a sauna and jacuzzi. Good food. Courteous and helpful service. Thank you, Yoshiro, Luna, Fredy, and the entire cleaning staff.
