Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast Inn @ Rackham Gardens

A truly amazing and memorable stay! Convenient location, clean and beautifully decorated rooms, a very attentive and helpful host, and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I had a lovely stay! The owner was an absolute delight and was very attentive. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The included breakfast was delicious and the on site parking was an unbeatable value since we could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go.

I felt very welcome during the stay. I enjoyed good breakfast and snacks. I enjoyed chatting with the innkeeper and liked the atmosphere.

I stayed at Ann Arbor B & B during a solo work trip and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making me feel welcome right away. In the morning there was a hot breakfast, and I really appreciated the snacks and drinks available throughout the day in the common area — a small touch that makes a big difference when you’re on a work schedule. The rooms are cozy and thoughtfully themed, which adds a lot of charm. The B & B is on the second floor, so there is a flight of stairs, but the host kindly helped me with my luggage, which I was very grateful for. Parking was easy for my smaller vehicle, and the location was perfect. I was able to walk to everything on my itinerary, including The Graduate Hotel, without any hassle. Comfortable, convenient, and genuinely warm hospitality — I would absolutely stay here again.

Very charming inn, with caring owners who will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfasts are delicious, the prices are very competitive, and the location is unbeatable if you have to work at U of M. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to town. If you want to get a taste of what Ann Arbor is all about, stay here. Highly recommended.

Shannon is a phenomenal host! On top of a wonderful spread of food each morning, she kept other snacks and drinks fully stocked and available at all hours of the day. She is incredibly accommodating when it came to any needs that arose. I would happily book another visit here again

The location is great just across the Central Campus of the University of Michigan. The host was nice to make us feel like home at her B&B and took care of our needs like doing laundry at night and parking. Breakfast is provided with freshly eggs cooked to your taste.

Dusty, crusty, and creepy. Cut the stay short.

I booked a room online with no issues and was very excited to stay in such a cute area. One month after booking, I received an email stating my reservation had been cancelled. When I tried to call (within posted business hours) there was no answer. I left a message that was not responded to. When I attempted to contact them again an hour later I did get an answer, by a gentleman who sounded as if i woke him. He requested I call back in an hour. When i did get him to answer again, he simply said that the room was double booked. These things happen and I no longer had a room. He did confirm that my booking was entered first, but 'they' decided to cancel mine and take on another.
