Clarion Collection Hotel Arlington Court Suites

Location is OK if you want to go up Barry steep Hills. They really is nothing within walking distance if you cannot maneuver well. For a 20-year-old that’s fine for a 60-year-old. It is not. When I reserve the room it showed there were two chairs by the TV. We decided to get in a bit early tonight to relax we asked for another chair since there’s only one and they would not bring another in. So the description of the room is false. There is one chair and one chair only. Breakfast ok mediocre

Good location. Great breakfast. Public transportation fairly close. Clean and comfortable room

Had a double full size bed room and honestly I thought the accommodations were going to be the average set up. But it was not, the room had a kitchenette and small lounge area, nice sized bathroom and although the decor was more like the old world (dark woods, stripe patters on the furniture..) I loved that! The room was well maintained, clean, and I had to stay long term there was plenty of space to stretch out. Breakfast was the standard choice hotel offering, but I to agree with other reviewers, it was nice that the dining room was own its own and not in the lobby. And lastly the hotel was closed to many attractions.

No Resteraunt or pool or bar. Not enough lighting, older furniture. It was clean

April2026 update: stayed here one night and got another king suite room. The hotel is old but they’re taking good care of it. Breakfast on the top floor is good and with good views of DC. Still recommend! Original review April 2024: First time staying here and just for a couple nights to attend meetings nearby. My room was a suite with a kitchenette and king bed with a view towards the Washington monument. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and quiet, the temperature was comfortable, and the breakfast was good - basically what I’d get at a holiday inn express. It feels like an old hotel but one that’s been taken care of. If the prices were less, I’d consider coming back to stay longer. All the hotels in this area are not inexpensive so it just is what it is…

Outdated but comfortable, clean, convenient room with small kitchenette, corner desk, round table& chairs. Linens were clean, beds are comfortable. Decent breakfast to get you going in morning.

The worst hotel I've ever been too! First of all there was a hair wig in the drawer! And the beds were falling apart! Whenever there were four people sitting on the end of our bed and one got up the bed came forward! What an awful place!

I love this place. The rooms are bigger than my own apartment. Very comfortable and spacious.

Very steep hike from hotel to Metro station or anywhere else.

Nice hotel in a good location and reasonably priced. The included breakfast is an added plus.

Rooms are quite big by todays standards. The hotel is showing it's age though. The elevator was ancient and reminded me of Tower of Terror so that was fun. Beds were comfortable and the staff very helpful. Rooms were reasonably quiet and no guest noise but the construction nearby started early. Luckily I wasn't trying to sleep in.
