I would not recommend this place. The property had a strong smell of weed and cigarettes, and the room felt dusty and dirty. The staff was not very cooperative when I tried to address my concerns, which made the experience even more frustrating. I also did not feel comfortable leaving my car in the parking lot, as it felt unsafe. I would never recommend this to anybody.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are looking for a reliable long-term stay. My experience was frustrating from the start. I originally tried to arrange a long-term stay, but once I asked for written documentation confirming the details of my stay, the process suddenly became difficult and unclear. When I arrived, I was not given the room that had been agreed upon. Instead, I was placed in a different room that had an unpleasant smell and did not meet my expectations. I also felt uncomfortable with the amount of unwanted foot traffic in the parking lot. Because of these issues, I immediately requested a refund and did not stay in the room. Despite that, I have had trouble getting my deposit back, and they are now trying to charge me rent for a room I never actually stayed in. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The communication, room assignment, and refund process were all handled poorly. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place and look elsewhere.
Good place to stay and close to the airport
This hotel is in a part of town where price matters. This is not the westin, but your not on the Gulch. It is a nice economy hotel clean rooms and nice pool. We got a few rooms for our work crews, for the money great place. If you want a 200 to 500 quality room this may not be your place. Affordable and clean right off interstate 10 min from broad this is for you.
Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk to greet me. I waited about five minutes while I could hear staff talking in the back and eventually had to make my presence known before being helped. After check-in, I was given no directions on where to go, which led to confusion and unnecessary wandering around the property. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Shortly before I arrived, there was a police and ambulance response a few doors down, which was a bit unsettling. The checkout experience was also frustrating. At 7:30 a.m., the lobby was locked. I called the property's phone number, but no one answered, and there wasn't even an option to leave a voicemail. Overall, the room was nice, but the customer service, communication, and accessibility of staff left a lot to be desired.
Karen Love & Jessica Wright has made our stay awesome. They’ve been nothing but kind and supportive to us. We’re musicians and buskers. It isn’t some uppity place but for the price this place is top-notch, second-to-none.
