Hillside Crossing Nashville

If you need a great place to stay close to everything this gem is it. Affordable, great staff, gym, rec center, and pool. I am beyond happy with our visit. A Great hotel with character, art, love and some interesting times. I am glad they have weekly rates and that I got a room with records/vinyls on the wall. Made our week meeting people and friends in this hotel. I definitely would recommend this for anyone who likes fast pace and fun places. Jessica was beyond great she popped my cherry now I want to just stay in Nashville. Come visit a epic place. Music and love are here cum enjoy ##sswirlapproved #hillsidelover

This is an overdue review. My apologies. When we had the winter storm In Jan, this is where my fiance, myself and fur baby ended up staying for 5nights. Management was great. Karen Love was the lady that greeted me everyday at the front desk and she was simply amazing. With all the stress with the entire ordeal with no elecricity at home and my sweet fur baby whom wasn't used to not being home was overly obnoxious because he was stressed. Being greeted by Karen was like a breath of fresh air. She is a true definition of good customer service. They allowed me to do daily checkouts and check back in after I would check to see if my apt had electricity back on or not without having to move my stuff in and out the rooms. That was a plus. The rate was very reasonable and never increased. They didn't complain nor overcharge me extra for my very house trained anyway dog that I had tagging along with me. The room was VERY NICE and up to date on everything. Nice TV on the wall, Keurig like coffee maker with pods in the room, additional sink and counter space in the room away from the bathroom was a huge PLUS! Nobody wants to wash dishes in the bathroom. Of course fridge and microwave and what Ive never seen anywhere else was an electric double burner/hot plate to cook on!!! Free Wi-Fi with a streaming device already connected to the TV. It was all great. The shower was nice. You could tell they put some $$ into fixing this place up. Very nice room. Clean. No complaints at all. This will be my go to if I ever need a place to stay in nashville other than my home. Thanks Hillside for a wonderful stay during a stressful time.

Had no remote for tv and no blanket on the bed. The front desk clerk was very rude. I would never stay there again!!

I booked this property for April 16th and immediately felt unsafe upon arrival. There was an active police presence on site, and when we asked an officer if it was safe to stay, he clearly told us no and advised us to leave immediately. There were also multiple individuals in the parking lot whose behavior made us uncomfortable enough to lock our car doors and not exit the vehicle. I contacted the host right away, but the response was dismissive—simply telling us to lock the deadbolt, ignoring the serious safety concerns outside. We left immediately for our safety and had to find last-minute accommodations out of state, costing us extra time and money. The host still refused to issue a refund. I strongly urge anyone considering this property to research the area carefully and prioritize their safety. I would not recommend staying here. Don’t trust the pictures!! NOT SAFE!

Stay away stadf is really rude stayed 3 nights never did have TV they would just put it off on someone else. Gm never did reach out to me. No room service what so ever had to dry off with hand towl no fresh linens the while time they advertise big nice pool table and stuff wrong no pool balls or sticks table raggy as hell and its in rough part of town. And the front desk act you committed murder if you complain about something. I wouldnt recommend staying here o yea laundry room is discussing
