All staff is friendly and kind

It was horrible the first room we went to it had tons of smoke and reeked of weed. The second room we went to was a little better but when we entered the lights barely worked, and the air was musky. When we went to lock the door the deadlock was completely broken when you turned the handle it turned opening the door and the lock bar opening the door twice completed bypassed it. The people were ok but really edgy towards everyone and everything and you can not refund it at all. The only good thing is that is it is by a quiet nice beach and food close by.

This is a wonderful place to be the pier is right near you can go fishing you can go to the little bar it's absolutely respectable the people there care it's clean I enjoy my stay every time I stay I recommend this for those who want to get away little local getaway

The hotel was definitely a diamond in the rust. I honestly can say the family that works in the office are the nicest most understanding people I've met. They are also there to help and will make accommodations if needed. By fair the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Me and my boyfriend have definitely had an amazing time here . No drama no commotion . It's a very quite area. Id recommend anyone to book here.

Across the road from the pier in the bay and the beach on the bay, 30 minutes from Virginia beach. Rooms were ok, it's a 2 star hotel so you get what you pay for

Do not stay here! We arrived to a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes, sheets covered in bodily fluids, and had to barricade ourselves in the room (we are not the only ones that have had to do this...Read other reviews), and after mentioning our displeasure with the manager we left our 2 day stay at 330 am the first morning because we couldnt get out of here fast enough. We were cased when we entered our room and had to make adjustments for security purposes. As you can see in the provided images this is not the two star hotel that has VERY POSITIVE REVIEWS! After speaking with the manager we we ensured that we would be refunded for our second night as we did not stay there for more than 6 hours total of our full booking. Yes it was that bad! Well guess what? Our refund was denied. We were not the only guests experiencing massive issues here. We were forwarned by other guests in lobby as we attempted to check in (yes took us around 15 minutes to get a representative to allow us to check in). I really hope this review helps others from making the same mistake we, and other guests, made!

No ocean view nasty room they over charge

If you're just looking for a place to sleep quickly, this doesn't even meet that standard. The first room had a bunch of broken stuff and smelled weird, so we asked for a new room, which they grumbled about. When we got to the new room, it was just gross — everything was dirty. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but the thing that pushed me over the edge was that the sheets had stains all over them. If it hadn't been 10:30 at night, I would have gone to a new hotel. This was the most uncomfortable sleep I've ever gotten
