Paris has indoor cruising clubs and well-known outdoor spots. The indoor places are consistent all year. The outdoor scene picks up in warmer months, but some spots stay active even in the cold.

Indoor cruising venues

Several dedicated cruising clubs operate in Paris. Some are attached to saunas; others are standalone sex clubs. Most are in or near Le Marais or a couple of metro stops away. Entry usually costs €10–€20. That includes use of the facilities: dark rooms, mazes, glory holes, and themed areas, which vary by venue.

Some clubs have themed nights—leather, fetish, bear, younger crowd—on specific days. If you have a preference, check the venue's social media first. A themed night feels different from a general session.

Bois de Boulogne

The Bois de Boulogne is a big park on Paris's western edge, between the 16th arrondissement and Boulogne-Billancourt. It's about 850 hectares and has been an outdoor cruising area for decades. Activity happens in the wooded northern and central parts of the park, especially after dark.

You can get there by metro: Porte Maillot (line 1) and Porte Dauphine (line 2) are best for the northern sections. If you're driving, there's parking along the main roads through the park.

It's an open secret. Police presence is rare and usually not about cruising. The area is so established it just works. Go on a warm evening, and there's a steady crowd. Outside summer, activity slows significantly, but doesn't stop entirely.

The park is huge, so it takes some getting used to. Stick to the paths in the wooded northern section. Bring a flashlight if you're going after dark—lighting is sparse away from the main roads.

Practical notes

Condoms and lube are available from sex shops in Le Marais and from vending machines in most saunas and indoor venues. Some indoor venues have a small shop at the front with basics.

Indoor venues are safer for personal security than outdoor spots. At the Bois de Boulogne, as with any large outdoor cruising area, standard awareness applies: keep your phone charged, don't carry more cash than you need, and know your surroundings. Incidents are rare but do happen.
