The spa pool is nice but quite small. I went to relax and experienced some uncomfortable situations with the other people in the pool. It was full of couples, making it feel more like a motel pool than a spa. I think the pool should have set hours because if I go to a pool, I go to swim and relax, not to have to deal with uncomfortable situations with rather rude and inappropriate couples. I was stuck in a corner for over half an hour because it suddenly filled up with couples and there was no space for anyone else. The spa should be marketed either to single people or to couples. The spa receptionist seemed annoyed by everything. I wouldn't go back.

Excellent service from the staff, and the facilities were lovely. The heated pool was at the perfect temperature. We stayed in room 1702, which was very well-appointed. The outdoor jacuzzi filled up quite quickly; we couldn't find the plug, and the staff brought us one in less than 5 minutes. As constructive criticism, the water pump was quite noisy at times during the night, but that's understandable given its proximity to the terrace. Otherwise, it was a very good experience.
