Novel Hotel

Excellent service, the hotel is older but clean and well-maintained. Very good value for money. The location is super convenient, close to the subway and many bus stops, making it easy to get to different parts of the city.

The hotel experience was excellent! Great location, near the Casa Rosada and the Obelisk, friendly staff. Simple breakfast, but good enough to start the day. When I return to Buenos Aires I would stay at this hotel again.

You can't pay in dollars and I think that's absurd, terrible customer service

We stayed one night at the hotel! We were very happy with the value for money. The location was excellent, allowing us to visit several places in one afternoon. For 14,000 pesos, we were able to have breakfast.

I had a truly excellent stay at this hotel, which offered great value for money. I needed to receive a package and also needed advice on restaurants and events, and David, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful, far exceeding what one would expect from a hotel employee. I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the Casa Rosada, the Cathedral, the Cabildo, the Obelisk, and many other attractions. There are many bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly, providing us with necessary information and providing helpful service. Room 407 is comfortable, as is the bathroom. Everything was spotless. There was internet in the room, which worked very well. There was also a TV with a variety of channels and platforms. Breakfast was fresh, though very basic: infusions (coffee, tea, milk, juice, water), croissants, toast, butter, and jam. Recommended for short stays
