Insólito Boutique Hotel & Spa

We had a memorable experience at Insólito and are very grateful to the entire team who provided us with days we will fondly remember. For future guests, for an even better experience, we do not recommend the rooms with outdoor hot tubs overlooking the beach club/beach. We also do not recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner. POSITIVE POINTS Excellent service from reception onwards. Helpful and polite staff. Outdoor area with stunning views and many leisure options (highlighting the heated pool). Pool bar with well-balanced drink options that were a pleasant surprise (thank you, Matheus!). Quality background music at a pleasant volume. Clean, spacious and very well-decorated room and bathroom. Breakfast to die for. POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT *The room with the outdoor hot tub is right next to the Beach Club, so until 10 pm you can hear the music playing there at a considerably high volume from the room, even if the door remains closed. *The rod above the glass bathroom door, in front of the toilet, was missing a curtain, so people on the beach/beach club could see us. *The outdoor area of ​​the room needs renovation. The deck is poorly maintained. I injured myself on splinters of wood around the hot tub. *The hot tub didn't work initially, although the staff were quick and efficient in solving the problem. We had to fill it to clean the ducts and eliminate air, empty it, and fill it again. I think the hotel itself could have done this procedure before the guest's arrival. *The food and service at the restaurant left much to be desired—incompatible with the price charged. Excess salt in the salad. The fish dish was extremely spicy, with no mention of chili peppers or spiciness on the menu. Staff were talking excessively loudly amongst themselves and were not attentive when we wanted to place orders. CONSIDERATIONS *For swimming, Ferradura beach did not appeal to us due to the water temperature, low visibility, and rocks at the bottom, but by car, it is easy to reach beaches with milder temperatures and clearer waters. Remember that these characteristics vary depending on weather/tide factors. *The "private" beach has many rocks, sea urchins, and toxic fish (pufferfish). We did not feel safe swimming there.

We entered Insólito with Jubarte's VIP pass, and it's amazing that they let us take advantage of that space. I'll be staying at Insólito again soon; it's very peaceful and luxurious, perfect for relaxing and breathing in a higher vibe. 💝

Excellent, I would definitely go back. I loved the service, especially Marcos's. The hotel view is wonderful, and everything is very peaceful for relaxing.

Very nice hotel, however very run-down for the price per night. Dirty rooms, especially the bathtubs. I wouldn't give more than 3 stars to this type of boutique hotel. An experience NOT to be repeated.
