Excellent hotel, great location. The only downside is the access, as it's quite a steep climb, making it difficult for older people to get up.

Everything was fine during the day, but at night the appearance of a huge number of ants made the situation difficult. After reporting this to reception, they told us it was "normal." It finally became a problem when the insects took over a bag full of clothes. That's when they listened to us and moved us to a different room. Furthermore, the sheets weren't changed as scheduled, and one day our room wasn't even cleaned. We must highlight the kindness and helpfulness of Giovani, who was in charge of the pool and bar area.

It's a 1000! Everything works perfectly! If you have any problems, they resolve them immediately. Excellent rooms, very good water pressure. The breakfast is very complete! The service is fantastic from the moment you contact them until you leave! The vans and buses stop on the corner if you don't want to walk, and if you do, the area is really beautiful. We've come to the Ilha Branca Exclusive several times and we keep choosing it. Excellent service from all the staff!

The hotel is beautiful, with gorgeous views! We stayed two years in a row. One year we had room 4, which we love because it's a bit more shaded, so if you're someone who likes to wake up in relative darkness, you'll love this room. It's also very spacious and overlooks a lovely little inner courtyard with a palm tree. This last year we had room 11, but we asked if it was possible to move to a lower room because there were too many stairs, and they were kind enough to do it! Thanks to Esteban for making it possible! The arrival can be a bit tricky if you're not used to walking or aren't very active; there are a lot of stairs and everything is quite steep. What we didn't like compared to the previous year was the breakfast. There's very little variety of food; for a Brazilian breakfast, it falls short. They have four varieties of fruit (always the same ones), lots of bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, sometimes pancakes, and sometimes sponge cake-type puddings. The standout items last time were the pao de queijo (cheese bread) and the leche frita (fried milk), which were truly delicious. But this year... the cheese bread was hard and dry, and the leche frita was the same. It seemed like they'd been overcooked. A shame. It forced you to eat healthy because you eat a lot of fruit and eggs, haha, but if you want something sweet and delicious, like something from a bakery... this isn't the place. Despite everything, we had a very nice and pleasant stay ❤️

We stayed at the hotel and the service was terrible. The room was in bad condition with feces in the bathroom and it was full of ants. They didn't even apologize. Check the reviews carefully before booking here.
