Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel & Spa

The hotel is okay and fine. One person is really good at service, all others are standard and exactly what you can expect at this price. I don't know why everyone talks so highly about the service. It's just normal. The rooms are okay, boutique-like, but nothing special. When you're alone you get the worst room in the back, which is dark. It's reasonably clean and okay. The Hotel is SUPER loud! You hear everything in your room, every single step, every door slam! It's so annyoing! The pool is way too small and behind the sunbeds you have no view from the pool. The sunbeds are okay. The food is delicious and good. The breakfast buffet has very little choice, but the quality is good. I can recommend the hotel for 1 or 2 nights, but not more. It's overpriced, like all hotels in Brazil. You are not even allowed to take pictures from this hotel and it's pretty clear why, they don't want you to see the flaws... so yeah, no picture.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room had an unpleasant view of a ceiling, but everything else was fine. The bed and sheets were excellent! They should check the shower water, as sometimes the flow isn't very good. Breakfast is à la carte and very good.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel upgraded us to a beautiful sea view. THE FOOD!! I was blown away by the quality of both the 74 restaurant and the Italian restaurant, especially the ingredients. Bonus: the romantic package at 1400 rubles for two. The couples massage was a truly magical experience, and access to the private Jacuzzi was very pleasant. We will be back!!

Words fail to describe the experience of staying at Casas Brancas. Upon arrival, you can immediately see that they value excellent service. We were warmly welcomed by Gabriel and Juliana, who, in addition to being very professional, are extremely polite and friendly. Moreover, this excellence in service extends to all the inn's employees. It's noticeable that everyone is committed to providing excellent service. The inn is very well located, with private access to Orla Bardot, and boasts spectacular architecture and decor. Each suite has its own unique decoration, making each stay a new experience. In addition to the incredible suites, Casas Brancas has private parking, a gym, a spa, and a heated pool. Regarding the gastronomic aspect, the inn offers a delicious and varied breakfast, and to make it even better, the service provided by Aparecida, Bruna, Marcelo, and João deserves special mention. Without a doubt, it's the best choice for accommodation in Búzios.

Beautiful location with a lovely view over the bay. Unfortunately, our bathroom was overrun with ants—there were thousands crawling everywhere, which felt unacceptable at this price point. Overall, the hotel felt a bit too boutique for our taste, lacking in sports facilities and activities. For example, we had to go to the nearby Zendaya resort to play tennis—and what a difference! It’s a luxurious beachfront hotel set within a beautiful golf course, offering almost every kind of sporting activity imaginable (except downhill skiing). We’ll definitely be back there next time.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and LOVED it. The views, food, and service were incredible. Specifically, we have to give praise to Gabriel who went above and beyond during our stay. We can’t recommend this place enough!

What a captivating place, it just needs a parking lot.

This is an instagram hotel, the guys on the frond desk are good but the other staff are poor. The rooms are small, ours leaked. And the bed was very soft so for me uncomfortable. For the money it should be much better. This is a party city, so our room was noisy until 6.00am. You should also be aware that cruise ships dock in the bay and the beach becomes very crowded
