Buzios Centro Hotel

Excellent service and operation, thank you so much for everything!

A place with an excellent location, just a few blocks from the center. The hotel is currently being remodeled and it's clear there are things that need improvement. The Wi-Fi service is poor, the room is old but basic and simple, but the staff are very helpful and attentive.

The hotel has very old-fashioned features, a standard breakfast, a good location, and a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. I must highlight the excellent service from Gabriel Do Santos, who was very kind, respectful, attentive, and willing to help with any request. He was one of the best receptionists at the inn; I wish there were more people like him.

The hotel was very good, the service, the location, the staff were very attentive, it is worth mentioning Gabriel's excellent willingness to provide solutions to queries made, a great and all-around concierge.

Nice rooms, pool, jacuzzi, and good breakfast. But the best thing about the hotel is Gabriel at reception—he's fantastic. Give him a raise! 🫡

Good value for money. Very basic hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, has a decent breakfast, and offers afternoon tea with sweets, coffee, and tea. The pool and surrounding area are lovely. What I appreciated most was the staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful and resolved a problem we had. Our stay there felt very welcoming.

The service was spectacular! Excellent breakfast with a great variety. I would definitely return.
