The sauna is great, I'm older and I really enjoyed it, everything is very beautiful, the decoration, the bar, the dry and steam sauna, the staff is very polite, the masseur is gorgeous lol. I made some friends, the clientele is very cool. Everyone in the service was very polite and friendly, really friendly, that was a big plus. A thousand out of ten.

I went today, June 12th, with my husband. The sauna was delightful, the service was wonderful, everyone was very polite, the sauna was spotlessly clean, I loved it, we had a lot of fun and relaxed, I highly recommend it. For those who, like me, enjoy older men, you'll love it, and there are younger men too for those who are into that, haha. Great prices. The lovely person who greeted us at reception is a sweetheart, super polite. We will definitely be back.

During my stay in Rio de Janeiro, I had two excellent experiences visiting Sauna Carioca. It’s definitely a men’s sauna. So if you like a place with classically masculine overtones, this is the place for you. I read that the clientele was primarily bears. And there were certainly a number of bear types there both visots. However, I would say the clientle is very mixed. One really gets a feeling the sauna is open to all types of men, which is great in my book. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of management and staff towards foreign visitors. Attendants were especially helpful, and genuinely want to make sure you’re having a good time. When you are visiting Sauna Carioca, take the time to get a massage from one of the excellent masseuses. Both Apollo, and Tiago do great work. They are experienced, and professional. Meaning, you actually get a great massage here. In other, facilities are clean, there are plenty of places to relax, including a semi open-air parlor on the second floor, towels are good, and the bartender is a gem. Easy to get to via Uber, and very noticeable from the street, so no safety issues. Have a good time!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, lovely people. The place is complete and very cozy. I went on a regular Monday and it was still quite busy. I wasn't expecting much but I was wonderfully surprised, and I even made friends. I highly recommend it.

Very good, for normal people, there's something for everyone.

Some days the staff is in a good mood, other days... Better not to comment. Bipolar staff. They barely respond to customers.
