Visitors frequently praise the hotel's polite, attentive, and helpful staff, with special mentions for Manager Jerusa. However, some guests experienced disappointment due to inactive toboggans and pools, which was a key reason for their booking.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Breakfast: poor with few options, staff don't replenish items after 9 am (breakfast time is until 10 am), they only make tapiocas when they want to (2 or 3 times a week). Rooms: good space, but neglected and lacking structure, deficient closets, very bad mattresses. Cleanliness: good, in general. Services: TERRIBLE, hotel with NO minimally DECENT MANAGEMENT and the guest has no one to turn to if any adjustments are needed. Very nice hotel, beautiful, but with TERRIBLE SERVICES! I wouldn't recommend it even for free!
