Our stay in November 2025 was wonderful. The hotel is superbly located. The grounds are a green oasis in the city. The room was beautifully furnished, and I slept wonderfully! The service was exceptionally attentive. It was a shame that not everything was always available at breakfast—for example, we wanted jam one day, but it was gone (all the other tables had received it). Ultimately, however, we were very satisfied with this hotel.

EXTREMELY UNSAFE. OUR ROOM WAS ROBBED AND IT HAPPENED MONTHS BEFORE TO ANOTHER GUEST. — The hotel refused to take responsibility. I’m writing this to warn other travelers. During our stay at this hotel in Medellín, our room was broken into and several valuable items were stolen: my laptop, two iPads, two headphones, cash, my wallet with ID/cards, and even my husband’s passport. The property is surrounded by a wall with barbed wire, except for one unprotected section. The thief likely entered through that opening and broke the bathroom window. Because our building (the hotel has two separate buildings) had no other occupied rooms, the thief had plenty of time to steal our belongings without being detected. Security was shockingly inadequate. The cameras were blocked by overgrown leaves, so there was no usable footage, and any footage that did exist was never shared with us, despite multiple requests. We later learned this exact type of robbery had happened to another guest a few months before — yet the owners made no security improvements afterward. Instead of taking responsibility, the owners insisted they were “the real victims” because they had to replace the window. They blamed us for “not using the safe,” even though the items stolen simply do not fit in the tiny room safe. And then moved us to a room with a broken safe that wasn’t fixed for three days! They never once offered to help us work with the police or anything. To make matters worse, the owners (who were abroad at the time) left their staff to handle everything alone. The staff were scared and confused, especially when the owners told them not to let me access the back area where the thief likely entered. Even the employees started questioning whether someone internal had been involved — a completely unfair situation for them. This experience was traumatic, expensive, and handled with zero professionalism or empathy. The property is not secure, and the owners refuse to take accountability or protect their guests. I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel. Your safety and belongings are simply not protected here.

WIr waren für 3 Nächte im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Safe. Ob der TV funktioniert hat kann ich nicht sagen, da wir diesen nicht benutzt haben. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und auch der Balkon war benutzbar. Frühstück wird am Tisch auf der Terrasse des Haupthauses serviert. Es war alles frisch, das Brot war lecker und für uns völlig ausreichend. Der liebe Hund hat immer hunger und hat das Frühstück noch interessanter gemacht. Der Service war gut und ich würde wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten. Der Weg runter zur Straße PROVENZA ist auch nicht weit.

A magnificent place!

Hotel a 30-minute taxi ride from the city center. Rooms without air conditioning, the TV doesn't work, there's no refrigerator, the safe is broken, the room has a nice terrace but is inaccessible, and the room is poorly lit. Breakfast is limited; if you want both sweet and savory options, you have to choose. Pancakes are the only choice. Breakfast service is rushed (with few tables). The place is very nice, but in my opinion, poorly managed. They also don't offer room service or dinner. Customer service could be much better. There are better accommodation options in Medellín.

Beautiful hotel, spacious and clean rooms. The rooms are spread across 2 buildings. There are rooms without air conditioning where it can get warm. Bathrooms are spacious. Breakfast is simple, but fresh and plentiful. Excursions can be arranged through the hotel. The price is very acceptable. The location close to countless restaurants is great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful experience. We stayed at Patio del Mundo during a trip as a couple, and it was everything we dreamed of (and more!). From the very first moment, Ana and Agnes treated us with incredible warmth, helping us create an intimate, thoughtful atmosphere full of thoughtful details. The room was very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains and a tree where a lovely iguana lives, which became part of our daily scenery. The natural surroundings exude a unique peace, and the energy of the place feels like a true home. The entire team was kind, attentive, and respectful. We would return without hesitation. Highly recommended for those seeking rest, beauty, and genuine connection.

It’s beautiful place that has two houses one in front of the other one. and it’s a pretty small/ with personalized attention delicious breakfast and a beautiful dog named Luna that will make great company for your breakfast. Please avoid giving her food because she is a bit overweight. The hotel It’s walking distance from El Poblado restaurants and best places and also has great staff ready to help you with whatever you need.
