Absolutely amazing stay. The property is beautiful and serene, with gorgeous ceramic details throughout. The staff were incredible — their kindness and attentiveness never let up the entire stay, truly some of the best service I’ve experienced. Breakfast was outstanding every single day. The one area for improvement is the restaurant menu — it’s quite expensive for food that’s fairly average and a bit boring most nights, though the vegetables and fruit are always fresh, grown in their own garden. The exception was their barbecue night, which was excellent. That said, this is a minor note compared to everything else. It’s a splurge, but between the service, location, and property itself, I’d say it’s genuinely good value for money. Highly recommend.
Great hotel and super nice staff. Location is very beautiful and serene. Staff was very attentive, food was excellent.
Excellent accommodation, I recommend it.
A really good hotel to experience the Sacred Valley before heading to Machu Picchu. The alpacas are adorable, and the beautiful grounds are perfectly nestled along the Rio Sagrado. We especially enjoyed our hike to the Maras Salt Mines with Carlos, which made our stay even more memorable
A truly magical stay. The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking scenery, creating the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. The service is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!
An absolutely breathtaking retreat in the Sacred Valley. The Belmond Rio Sagrado is truly exceptional, set amidst lush greenery with a serene view over the river. The presence of the five charming alpacas adds a unique and enchanting touch. The rooms are beautifully appointed, offering great comfort, with thoughtful details such as underfloor heating in the bathroom. The team is outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making every moment special. The restaurant offers an intimate setting, with perfectly executed breakfasts that are a true delight. The entire property feels magical and deeply relaxing. A special mention for the spa, which stands out as the finest among the Belmond properties in Peru — not only for its pool and jacuzzi, but also for the exceptional quality of the treatments. The spiritual ritual before the massage is a unique and memorable experience, and the bull painting activity is a wonderful way to disconnect and reconnect with the moment.A truly unforgettable stay.
