Park Inn by Radisson, Kelowna

Clean, modern comfortable place for an overnight stay in Kelowna. Coffee machine did not work in room, Coffee available in lobby. Continental breakfast was good with standard fare. All and all, a pleasant experience.

The Park Inn by Radisson, Kelowna was clean and the staff was great. Location seemed pretty good, didnt take long to get places. I liked that the hotel was smoke free. However, the pool was little and the hot tube jets didnt really work and the pool towels were the size of a baby towel, as an adult I needed to use at least 3 towels to even dry off. Rooms were little, but the staff was great about getting room right next to eachother. They didnt not have connecting rooms. He gym was little as well and not very much equipment. You could do at least a very little basic workout, but dont expect more than that. Staff was friendly and helpful, price after taxes was actually really frustrating. I would highly recommend you book online, not at the front desk, we ended up paying $1,000 more at the hotel than we would of if we booked online, but thats probably with any hotel in the area. Overall it was fine, I would not book here again unless I got a better price online.

Great staff and service. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Did I mention waffles...Yes! Scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, juices, muffins and Waffles! I had a King room...pillows were small and squishy, but mattress very comfortable.

Stayed for 9 nights. Clean and the staff is courteous. Sure, it’s by a highway but I was on the back side of the building and slept great every night. Affordable and worth the money.

Good location and large clean rooms. Shout out to the kind man on reception who helped me get checked in very quickly when I wasn't feeling well. Appreciated the great service. Only con was a bit of noise from the highway.

We stayed at this hotel twice this year,about a week in January before leaving for India, and again for 5–6 days in March when we returned. Both stays were excellent. The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly, and the ladies working during breakfast were incredibly sweet and welcoming every morning. The manager was also very helpful and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Thank you for the wonderful service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and will happily stay here again if we need a place in Kelowna.

I stayed for a week. The staff was very hardworking, kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was nice and very reasonably priced during winter. Other hotels in the same price range were MUCH older.
