I was in a corner "suite" Pros: great view Quiet Great balcony space Cons: It's not a suite, there's no separate sitting room, separated by a wall or door Some of the towels had holes in them When something is delivered to you by uber to the front desk, they don't bring it up for you The doors to the rooms slams so loudly The first time i went to the gym, there were no cleaning supplies there for the equipments. The price for the so called "suite" doesn't match what you get. Location is in their favor overall
Flawlessly positioned in Old Montreal. Exceptional reception. Perfectly tucked away room (stayed in the maison). Can't wait to return.
I booked this hotel last minute for one night after my flight was cancelled, hoping to at least enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we checked in after midnight, I was first given a completely different room than the one I had specifically booked and paid extra for. After insisting, they eventually changed the room, and the employee helping us did try his best, but it’s still unacceptable that this happened in the first place. The room itself was comfortable enough, but the next disappointment came in the morning when I found out the spa facilities are not actually included with the hotel. You have to pay separately just to use the pool, and even more if you want access to the sauna area. For a hotel presenting itself as luxurious and high-end, this honestly felt ridiculous. The staff experience was also extremely inconsistent. Some employees were kind and attentive, while others completely ignored us, avoided eye contact, or gave unfriendly looks. Even arranging a taxi felt unnecessarily uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel looks trendy and markets itself as a premium experience, but unfortunately it does not deliver the level of service or hospitality you would expect.
This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old Montreal. Great location, wonderful rooms and terrific service. Emma and Vincent were so pleasant and helpful. The staff are truly amazing. I’m looking forward to coming back!
