Good hotel

I am so happy I decided to stay here, the pricing for the location and service you get is amazing. The rooms are very cozy, the beds are comfortable as comfortable can be and the general cleanliness of the hotel is very good. Wide range of choices for breakfast too! There was no hassle in booking or checking out either. It was all a very smooth experience. I would love to stay here again when we next visit Canada. -Kurt

The hotel does not allow booking with a cancellation option, I tried to cancel a booking two months before the date and was met with hostile treatment by the hotel, they responded with disdain and arrogance, of course they were not willing to refund even part of the payment. I recommend not booking at this hotel, because if there is any problem, they will not come to you. Customer service is unacceptable at this hotel, do not go near.

The bed sheet have used smell... N room is really small, dont feel worse the price.

My husband and I stayed her for 2 nights and thought that it was ok place. Room was very small (Lilly) and we barely got our suitcases opened there on the floor - had to jump over them. Hand towel in shared bathroom had blood or something similar on it and was not changed during our stay at all. Breakfast ran out of basic stuff like bagels, green tee & had no orange juice at all. There was no place to leave daily feedback to the staff - it would have been useful. Very good location & generally ok place. Few minor fixes & it could be really good place!
