Friendly staff and a great location to explore downtown Victoria.

Old hotel with no uniqueness. Very outdated rooms, and not very clean either. Polite staff. Excellent location, a short walk from the city center.

The location is great, but some of the rooms are over a nightclub, and the rooms facing Johnson Street are pretty loud.

I love staying here! The customer service I recived, specifically from Brynn was amazing. Brynn truly cared about the customer experience and went above and beyond to ensure i had a great stay. The location is great, the rooms are clean. Can't ask for anything else really. I would stay here again and again.

Clean friendly. Only downfall is forced valet parking.
