Beautiful, large, comfortable and super clean room with all amenities. The breakfasts were delicious, the grounds and building are gorgeous, the team was super friendly and helpful. And the location couldn't be better.

Gorgeous location; interesting, historical home; friendly service; delicious breakfast. There were signs of wear and tear in our room; however, the room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

A very charming Bed & Breakfast. I stayed in the Tudor Room - I noticed a number of maintenance issues, such as a very old toilet that took a long time to stop running, stripping coming away from the base of the tub, a rod for blinds missing. The paint job & walls have a “landlord special” look - a bit of mud and sanding would clean up the walls very nicely. The carpet going up the stairs can clearly use a refresh. Room very tidy, spacious and clean. Breakfast was very generous, staff very attentive. Coffee was cold. French toast 10/10, eggs/bacon/potatoes 2/10. Lovely decorations and attention to motif. I enjoyed my stay, but I will not return and I would not recommend this place to friends & family, due to maintenance issues.

I would assign 3 and a half stars overall. Great location. Only a few minutes from downtown Victoria. Right across the street from the Strait. Perfectly situated for the Christmas trucks parade. Inn is a hundred year old Arts and Crafts mansion with most of its original architectural details still intact. Beautiful oak paneling, coffered ceiling, tiled fireplace, stained glass. Hot tub was a jarring addition which we did not use. Tiny, unequipped kitchen, small attached bath. Uncomfortable furnishings. Alleged queen bed that felt like a double, though the mattress and blankets were comfy. Room was icy when we arrived. Desk was closed by the time we got off the ferry from Port Angeles, so had to figure out the heating on our own. Difficult to regulate the room temp, so were often too warm at night. Very quiet. Breakfast service was elegant and attentive, though the menus always included potatoes, even with the French toast and the pancakes. Food was tasty and abundant.

Had a wonderful time here with my husband for our anniversary. Rooms were cozy, jacuzzi tub was relaxing. Beautiful park and ocean views. Easy access to walking trails, quick to get to downtown. Breakfast was the icing on the cake, have it delivered to your room or in the dining room. Would definitely come back or recommend to a friend.

Everything was amazing! The space is warm and charming, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this B&B and will definitely be back myself.

Phenomenal stay! Perfect location right on the water, extremely walkable, rooms were in wonderful condition and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was so kind and thoughtful. I know this place is popular with couples, but solo travelers should not sleep on this place! It was lovely & relaxing stay: walk 8 miles a day, get some great food, and relax in the tub after all that hiking. Sheets were super soft as well. Thanks team!

My wife and I was in search for a place to stay , she came across this place online and said this place looks great let's stay so we are and did well if you see my post I might be staying or heading back home or back at home , we'll it's a perfect place to stay . You got the bay area like beach feel and not to far from everything like food, things to do and and see , Victoria the town is not to far way, come stay in this old city house feel that is perfect and sweet. You will love it ,it is a bed and breakfast place with breakfast included, I say romantic or whatever you want to call it , just stay you will not be disappointed.

My partner and I stayed here for valentines last year and it was just breathtaking. Beautiful suites & view, good breakfast and wonderful staff. Plus, walking distance to beacon hill park and the harbour front. Worth every penny!
