This is a great place to stay. Rooms were good, bed nice and breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to all Victoria has to offer.
Had wonderful 5 day stay.
We loved this hotel! Clean and relatively spacious rooms for four people (no idea why Canadian accommodation dislikes the idea of twin single beds for families). With a balcony. Quiet neighbourhood. Loved the views. Easy walk to the fish markets, whale watching tours, Parliament House tours, BC Museum, Beacon Hill Park, public bus to Butchart Gardens, restaurants and shops. Breakfast included!
The best location, best breakfast buffet and pretty reasonably priced! The rooms are clean and well designed. If you're staying in Victoria, this is a great place!
Fantastic staff, wonderful breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.
Thank you for an outstanding nights spent two nights there with Family from Fiji. They enjoyed every moment of it and compliments to the Chef for the Breakfast. Amazing the food and the ambience. Wow the staff are very friendly and kind. The city is beautiful. Thank you for making a beautiful memory for us.
The rooms were surprisingly very clean and nice, and the location and breakfast were great. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was disappointing. We arrived around 1pm for check-in and simply asked if one of our booked rooms might be available early, as we had family visiting internationally. We understood if it wasn’t possible, but the interactions felt cold and unwelcoming from the start. Even basic questions about parking or using the bathroom while waiting were met with short responses, and there didn’t seem to be much effort to accommodate or assist. Overall, while the hotel itself was good, I don’t think I would stay here again.
