Nice hotel

A nice place to sleep a big place big rooms

I don’t like the security here

Throw up every where lack of cleanliness service was terrible the kitchen was shady with charging me for stuff I didn't order consistently getting my order wrong every meal. The umpa lumpa that works the front desk you'll see who I mean is quick to get in people's business and poke at people for a reaction it's kind of sick. Elevator was down lots and you can hear everything from the hallways in your room. I felt targeted for no reason the employees just seem to love giving people a hard time. I wouldn't want anyone to spend there hard earned money on a place like this when there are many more options. I had found glass in my food and scissors in the hottub...

I arrived at the hotel with an issue with my booking ( 100% my fault), Akansha, Mihi and Tharu really helped me out and organised me a room when everything else in the city was booked. 11/10 excellent customer service.

The room was so spacious and awesome from the beds down to the washroom. Highly recommended! And the staff were so friendly and approachable.

Terrible hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Sketchy, unsafe and run down with terrible service. Used to be WAY better. I would not stay here if it was free and nothing will make me consider coming back. Worst hotel in Winnipeg

Stay beast great - worker at the Cafe is a national about getting a coffee even when your staying in upgraded room. Have never heard of an executive client beeing charged for a coffee
