El Patio de Café Milagro

While this is not my favorite place to eat in Costa Rica the food was good and the service is always great. Its a wonderful spot to get coffee.

Good coffee, good food but expensive

They ripped us off. The dollar was very cheap; don't pay with dollars or you'll feel like you've been taken advantage of.

Today I visited this place because it's highly recommended online. In my opinion, it's a place that's 100% for gringos. The food is very mediocre, with a Tex-Mex style (which seems to be the most popular here), and the prices are quite high. The prices on their menu don't include the 13% tax or the service charge. I understand that this area can be expensive, but you can eat near the park at a better restaurant for a lower price. That said, their service is excellent. All the staff are very friendly. Another point to consider is that the chairs at the tables in the garden are quite uncomfortable.

Our favorite place to eat in Manuel Antonio! The food, atmosphere, service, and most importantly the PEOPLE here are awesome. Alondra is our new best friend! The staff is so gracious and helpful. We've eaten here probably 10 times over two separate trips to CR, and haven't had a bad meal, or even a so-so meal ever! Would recommend this as the best breakfast in Manuel Antonio and the coffee is superb! Dinner is fantastic as well, with great variety and excellent presentation. Live music and half price dinners on Saturday are a bonus. We'll be back here any time we are in Costa Rica, and you should eat here too! Edit: another trip to Manuel Antonio, and we've already eaten here twice in two days. Again, we can't say enough about how much we love this place. I had the seared tuna, and it was probably the best tuna filet I've ever eaten. If you visit Manuel Antonio, this place MUST be on your list!!

Very expensive... The food isn't bad, but it's not worth the price... Overrated...
