Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun

Amazing resort! Super clean, impeccable service, and the food was amazing. Loved the chocolate shop!

DO NOT BUY COUPON OR CERTIFICATE FOR FUTURE STAY. I got married here in Le Blanc and have visited both Cabo and Cancun locations. One of my wedding guests bought coupon/certificate and was promised family room for their Punta Cana resort in DR. When my guest called to schedule, their deal they promised was not delivered. Their local management said basically “sorry. The sales agent doesn’t represent the hotel therefore we can’t honor what they sold you.” This is crazy because the sales agents wears Leblanc uniform and are all over their check-in and checkout reception lobby. I have attached a screenshot of the WhatsApp message their manager sent me. Save yourself the pain of going to their “timeshare” sales pitch where they tell you it’s not timeshare but you pay a onetime membership fee for coupons and cheaper rates. Their cheaper rates is still more expensive than Priceline. So, basically scam

We been to Le Blanc 8 times and we can say this resort is the best . People r so nice and helpful everyone who works in this place is very professional and lovely . I’m going again in September and I can’t wait

My husband and I went to Le Blanc for our honeymoon and we had the absolute best time! The room and the entire resort are gorgeous, the service everywhere is absolutely exceptional, every staff member is so kind and it looks like they genuinely enjoy working there, our butler BillyJoel is so sweet and helpful and attentive, the food and drinks (the blackberry margarita!) are delicious, the hydrotherapy and spa are so relaxing, the pools are so nice, and you cannot beat the ocean view! The entire trip was perfect. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect! The food was extraordinary and delicious! The beach team was very attentive, and our entire experience was top notch! Thank you to all of the service staff! It’s a dream destination!

We recently stayed at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun during shoulder season and overall had a great experience—the service, food, drinks, daily hydrotherapy, and atmosphere were excellent. It’s a beautiful intimate property, and we had a very relaxing time. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Renan from the lobby bar—fantastic cocktails, friendship, and service! We looked forward to sitting down with a drink from him every single night of our trip. He’s the best bartender at the resort. Shoutout as well to Jesus for impeccable service! We enjoyed all of our dinners, particularly at Bella and Blanc, and felt welcomed and cared for by all the staff, which made for a relaxing trip. One thing for other travelers to note that I wish we had known in advance of our stay—all of the chairs around the main pool (Sol Pool) are reserved daily for Diamond/high ranking resort members. As standard guests, we were ultimately able to get chairs around this pool later in our stay, but only by going through/tipping our butler and also the pool staff. It’s a pay-to-play system, which was surprising for a resort at this price point. I did not expect to be locked out of a main amenity at a luxury-level all-inclusive. Overall, we had a great time at Le Blanc and returned home feeling very refreshed. Thank you to all who made our stay so relaxing and memorable!

This is still our favorite resort in Cancun. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Having a butler on your floor is awesome. They are super attentive. The food is fantastic here and the large infinity pool that seems to meld with the ocean is soooo relaxing. We have been here many times and are already looking forward to our next trip!
